Shipping Information
How Shipping Works at Mars Supply
At Mars Supply, we offer flexible shipping options to match your needs. Shipping charges depend on where your items are shipping from, how fast you need them, and whether everything is in stock. However, Web Orders are handled a little differently when it comes to freight. To see how our customer service team handles freight on these orders READ ME
Here’s a general overview of how we handle freight:
Pick-Up Orders
- We do allow cutomers to pick-up their orders. All pick-ups are done in our warehouses. If it is your first time picking up an order, please contact us and we will provide instructions depending on the pick-up location. Please allow at least an hour for the staff warehouse to prep your order.
Flat-Rate Shipping
- Many standard online orders qualify for a flat rate shipping fee when shipping from a Mars Supply warehouse and ordering online. Flat rates apply to UPS, FedEx, Same Day AM/PM, and Mars Express. Same Day Delivery is always flat rate and same with Mars Express in Duluth.
- UPS Online Flat Rates: Ground $16, 3-Day Select $22, 2nd Day Air $37, Next-Day Air $52
- UPS/FedEx: Called in or emailed orders shipping via UPS or FedEx, rates will be charged on your invoice.
Same-Day Delivery
- We offer local same-day delivery options through our courier partners. If you select this service, the appropriate delivery charge ($16.50) will apply.
- View our delivery map to see if you are in the AM or PM Zone
Backordered Items
If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, we can either:
- Ship in-stock items immediately and send the rest later OR hold everything until the order is complete.
- Shipping charges may vary based on your choice.
Ship-Direct-from-Manufacturer Shipments
- If you’d like your items to ship directly from the manufacturer, actual shipping charges from the manufacturer will apply. Flat rate shipping does not apply to direct shipments (unless a manufacturer program is available)
LTL or Oversized Items
- Some items require freight shipping due to size or weight. These shipments don’t qualify for flat rate pricing, and we’ll provide a quote based on actual freight costs. If you would like to arrange your own LTL pick up, let us know.
Third-Party/Collect Shipping
- If you prefer to use your own UPS, FedEx, or Spee-Dee account for freight charges, we’re happy to ship collect using your account number.
