FAQ’s About Orders: 

How can I track my order? 
If we have a tracking number (UPS, FedEx), you can find the tracking under Order History. Go to Order History, select the order and if tracking is available, it will be listed there. You can always call or start a chat as well! 

I have items on backorder — how do I know which ones? 
Before calling or sending an email, login to your account, open Order History, select the order you want to review. On the order detail, you will see quantity ordered and quantity shipped.

Do you do drop/direct shipments from manufacturers? 
Yes. If the manufacturer allows, we can drop-ship orders to you. You must be an active customer with us and in good credit standing. We also have some direct shipping programs with certain manufacturers. 

How do I become a customer of Mars Supply?
