QuattroMill™ is more than a general purpose face mill. It is a simple solution with more teeth per cutter that increases productivity, ease of use, reliability and precision for the full range of face milling applications and materials. QuattroMill™ features strong, square inserts that meet the needs of most challenging applications and a strong center locking screw with quick insert location make it easy to replace inserts. The cutter body is coated and pre-hardened and features a large chip space for steel and stainless steel machining. Positive cutting rakes/negative radial rakes maximize a machine tool's capability and enables increased productivity in both stable and unstable conditions. QuattroMill™ is available in a wide range of grades and geometries to cover all operations. It can be configured in three different pitches: coarse, normal and close and is offered in diameters ranging from 63 to 200 mm.
