Through our product brands of Precision Twist Drill, Dormer, Union Butterfield and Pramet, we deliver an unrivaled range of high quality, reliable and fit-for-purpose drilling, milling turning and threading products. This covers solid to indexable tools, high speed steel (HSS) to solid carbide (HM) and general purpose to high performance application tooling -- in total, around 40,000 unique products to meet virtually every metal cutting application in every engineering material.

WHAT WE OFFER

Our indexable turning offer covers general turning, parting-off, grooving and threading, as well as, tools for specialized operations including scarfing and bar peeling, heavy turning and specific applications for the rail industry. 

Our milling program features slot drills and end mills in high speed cobalt steel (HSCO) or HSS-E) and solid carbide, carbide inserts in a range of grades, coatings and geometries, as well as rotary burrs.                      

Dormer Pramet’s hole-making program is the most complete offer currently available, covering HSS, cobalt (HSCO or HSS-E) and solid carbide drill bits, indexable drills, exchangeable head drills, reamers, countersinks and boring tools.

We offer threading tools for all popular hand and machine operations -- general purpose rotary HSS taps & dies to HSS-E & carbide taps for high performance, as well as, indexable threading tools to support internal and external thread production.  

We also offer a range of high quality cutting oils to enhance the performance, tool life and dimensional accuracy of our tools. Several grades and sizes are available to support heavy machining, general purpose machining and non-ferrous applications.
