Steadyline® is a modular anti-vibration tooling system consisting of dampened bars, providing an easily exchangeable head with the accurate and reliable GL interface. To add applicability, the bars are highly capable both for problem-free long-overhang internal turning as well as rotating boring applications. The cylindrical bar 25 mm Dia and 1 in, with the longest 10xD overhang (D25-230-GL25-CR and DA16-9.25-GL25-CR) feature a carbide reinforced cylindrical shank to increase the rigidity of this small diameter, 10xD bars.
